Sunridge acts as a recruitment and introduction service, identifying and introducing a suitable self-employed carer to you. We carefully vet every carer, conducting full background checks and ensuring they have the right experience, training and values for each client's unique needs. All candidates are checked for a clear and current DBS, up-to-date training, liability insurance, relevant experience and verified references before their profiles are shared.
Once we understand what matters most to you, we present up to three thoughtfully selected carer profiles. Take your time reviewing them and choose the person who fits your home, routines and personality best. As the employer you pay the carer directly. All carers are self-employed professionals responsible for their own National Insurance and Income Tax.
The carers we introduce provide personalised support that protects independence and honours daily rhythms. The preferred length of stay is typically six to eight weeks, with carers able to return after a break, though arrangements can always be tailored.
